When selecting the casting process, we consider about wall thickness, holes, ribs, etc., as well as the difficulty of mold manufacturing, material type, production cost and cycle. Mold Fabricating
According to the design of the product structure, we produce accurate mold to ensure castings meet the technique requirements. lt is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the actual working situation and choose the appropriate process to ensure the quality and production efficiency of the mold. It requires the steps of design, material preparation, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and optimization, mold testing, mold repair and then production.
