Lost Foam Casting

Our foundry is specialized in producing heat-resistant alloy castings and wear-resistant alloy castings with an annual output of 2,500 tons of production capacity. We adopt eco-friendly casting technologies which are lost foam casting technology and shell mold casting technology. 
 
Lost Foam Casting Technology adopts the foam mold similar to the size and shape of the casting, coats it with refractory coating, dries and fixes it in quartz sand with vibration, pours it under negative pressure, the mold is gasified and occupied with liquid metal, and forms the casting after solidification and cooling. Advantages of this casting technology are accurate molding, no joint surface, no sand core, no flash, burr and draft angle as well as low dimensional error, low mold cost, and easy process adjustment and so on.

Shell Mold Casting

Shell Mold Casting Technology suits for the production of large batches, high dimensional accuracy requirements, thin walls and complex shapes of various alloy castings. Its metal casting process similar to sand casting, in that molten metal is poured into an expendable mold. which is then heated and filled with molten metal to produce precise metal parts. The characteristics of this kind of castings are high surface finish, high dimensional accuracy, and good material properties etc.

Wear-Resistant And Heat-Resistant Castings

Wear-resistant castings and heat-resistant castings are a special class of casting which are designed with two important attributes in mind: wear resistance and heat resistance. Such castings are widely used in various industries, especially in environments where high temperatures and abrasion are required.

The production process of wear-resistant and heat-resistant castings includes smelting, casting, heat treatment and other steps. In smelting, high-temperature equipments, such as electric arc furnaces or induction furnaces are usually used to smelt the raw material into molten steel. When casting, molten steel is poured into a mold and formed after it cools and solidifies. Heat treatment is an important step to improve the performance of castings, the structure and properties of castings can be adjusted by normalizing, quenching and tempering, annealing and so on.
