XRJ is based on metallurgical industry, is committed to find suitable suppliers for customers around the world, in order to achieve the strategic development goals of service specialization, production integration and sales internationalization.}

With 20 years of international trading experiences, XRJ mainly engaged in the sales of metallurgical ladles, metallurgical ladle cars, casting products, and provides production related technical solutions. Other main products include metal castings, metal materials; general mechanical parts, special equipment and accessories; electrical machinery and equipment, etc.

Our foundry is a pioneer in production of heat-resistant alloy castings and wear-resistant alloy castings. we adopt eco-friendly casting technologies, which are lost foam casting and shell mold casting, to satisfy different processes or customer requirements.

Our heavy industry plant is the leader producer of low carborn ladle and new energy metallurgical ladle car in China. We are the preferred equipment suppliers for well-known steel plants such as Shougang Jingtang, Rizhao Steel, Shagang Steel, Shandong Steel and Baowu steel ect. We are also the primary supplier of world famous companies, for example, ClTlC Special Steel, TATA, ArcelorMittal, Nippon Steel, JFE Japan, POScO, Hyundai, MMK, CSN Brazil and so on.

Development History

Since 1983

Since 1983, we have performed 16063 ladles and have developed about 5306 ladle car products with a total of 21369 units.
· 53% average market share in the past 3 years;
· 56% customer share of furnaces above 120 tons;
· 63% customer share of furnaces above 180 tons;
· 72% customer share of furnaces above 240 tons;
· 100% customer share of domestic above 300 ton converter.
Since 1993

Products mainly involve waste incineration grate, lining plate, screen plate, pump shell, iron and grate bars, grate plates etc, and serves for the industries of waste incineration plant, mining, cement, and steel metallurgy globally. With an annual output of 2,500 tons of castings, over 70% castings are exported to USA, Japan, Germany, Canada, India, Belgium and other countries in the world. We also provides supporting castings for those famous equipment OEMs, steel mills, and waste incineration enterprises.
