Hot Maintenance

· Integrating functions such as hot repair, sand additionand drainage, dust removal, etc., equipped with a complete set of hot repair auxiliary tools, power supply, and air source, ensuring safe and efficient hot repair operations.

· The hot repair area can be equipped with a fully enclosed dust cover to avoid smoke and dust leakage.
Slag Treatment

· The slag pot is lifted by a crane onto the slag tilting car, and the tilting machine then dumps the slag onto the operating platform.

· The roller presses and crushes it, and the water spray system cools the slag from around 1500Cto 500-600'C.

· Then push the slag into the slag pot, and lift the slag pot into the sealing device for pressurized water spray ingtreatment.

So that the free calcium oxide and free magnesium oxide in the slag can be quickly digested, and the slag iron separation can be achieved through screening and magnetic separation.
